NCB Product Awards 2024

This year’s product awards saw intense competition with entries from Craft Butchers across England and Wales, with a panel of judges evaluating the products for their, taste, smell, and appearance amongst other criteria. Products attaining (gold/silver/bronze) awards have met and excelled in these criteria.

The 2024 judging panel included, among others, master butchers, farmers and technical experts led by Head Judge Steve Derrick.
All of us at British Premium Sausage Co, are thrilled to announce our participation in the prestigious NCB Product Awards 2024. The competition, held on August 22nd at Harper Adams University, showcased an exceptional calibre of entries.

We are overjoyed to have clinched both Gold and Silver awards for our Traditional Sausage creations. Our Gluten Free Lincolnshire Pork Sausage proudly took home a Gold Award, while the enticing Pork, Wild Plum with English Herbs Sausage also earned a Gold, alongside our Marmalade Infused Pork Sausage. Our Pork, Apple & Black Pudding Sausage, Pork, Apple & Cider Sausage, and Gluten Free Cumberland Pork Sausage were honoured with Silver awards, solidifying our dedication to excellence and innovative creativity.
